Sainfoin with Hemp Seeds is a purely natural supplementary feed for horses to support healthy skin, digestion, and healthy hooves. The high-quality protein also promotes muscle building. Sainfoin is a non-bloating legume which has numerous beneficial properties for horses.

 Sainfoin with Hemp Seeds is not only suitable for healthy horses, but for all horses – including horses with EMS, laminitis, insulin resistance and other metabolic disorders as well as those with a tendency to colic.

Description of the compound feed: Warm air-dried sainfoin 85%, hemp seed 15%

The pellets, measuring four millimetres in diameter, are pressed under high pressure without any additives.

Analytical constituents and levels: crude protein 16.5%, crude fat 5.8%, crude fibre 24.6%, crude ash 6.2%, calcium 0.91%, phosphorus 0.42%, sodium 42 mg/kg.

Feeding recommendation: At least 100 g per 100 kg body weight per day.

For hasty eaters, it is advisable to soak the pellets before feeding them to prevent swallowing or blockage of the throat. Pour two cups of water over one cup of pellets and let the pellets swell until they completely disintegrate.
