Sainfoin is a high-quality, low-sugar and low-starch, non-bloating legume, which means that it can be fed without having to worry about any bloat issues. As feed material or a component of a compound feed, Sainfoin has plenty of unique beneficial properties for horses.

Description of the compound feed: Warm air-dried chopped sainfoin 97%, rapeseed oil 3%

Analytical constituents and levels: Crude protein 15.3%, crude fat 4.4.7%, crude fiber 25.3%, crude ash 8.6%, calcium 1.8%, phosphorus 0.26%, sodium 0.111 mg/kg.

Feeding recommendation:

• Foals and young horses: 0.2–1 kg daily
• Lactating mares: 0.5–2.5 kg daily
• Difficult to feed and older horses: 0.3–1.5 kg daily
• Sport and racing horses: 0.4–2.5 kg daily
• Hobby horses: 0.2–0.6 kg daily

Feeding instructions: Structured sainfoin is suitable for dry feeding. Offer your horses enough fresh drinking water!
