Wurminex^® (pellets with 4 mm in diameter)

Wurminex is a herbal compound feed for horses to support a naturally anti-worm environment in the intestinal tract.

There are no horses that are worm-free, not even shortly after a chemical worming treatment. It is therefore important to sustainably support a horse's intestinal environment that is hostile to worms and its immune system. In this way, the number of intestinal parasites can be kept below the damage threshold.

Condensed tannins and vermifuge herbal extracts contained in Wurminex can reduce the population of small strongyles; Subsequent feeding with sainfoin can then keep the intestinal parasites below the damage threshold for a long period of time. In addition, Wurminex® and sainfoin support the horse's healthy intestinal flora and immune system.

Wurminex is not a replacement for chemical dewormers, but can be used in horses to cleanse the intestines or support healthy intestinal flora.

Wurminex:

• To control the colonization of intestinal parasites in the horse's intestinal tract
• To extend the periods between chemical deworming treatments
• For sensitive horses whose digestive tract reacts sensitively to chemical worm treatments
• Suitable for pregnant and lactating mares and foals

Composition: Warm air-dried sainfoin, milk thistle seeds, plant extracts from rayless chamomile, worm seeds, sweetgum, echinacea root, dandelion root, milk star blossom, common mugwort and tansy. The pellets, measuring four millimeters in diameter, are pressed under high pressure without any additives.

Ingredients: Crude fiber 24%, crude protein 15%, crude ash 7.2%, crude fat 2.9%, sodium 40 mg/kg.

Feeding recommendation: 25-30 g per 100 kg body weight, twice daily. If only one daily dose is possible, then the feeding amount doubles to 60 g per 100 kg of body weight. Wurminex can be fed alone or mixed with crib food.

It is important to feed Wurminex intermittently for at least 3 weeks. Feeding with Wurminex® can be repeated several times a year.
